Do you need Custom Apparel Printing for Your Business
Being in the business sector in this day and age, it is not enough to just make enormous profits. It directly relates to the company's image. They include printing the business logos, objective and even motto on different types of attires. To help us in understanding this practice, we shall look at its significance in the business world today.
Thsirt Printing 101: Placing Artwork on The Screen For Exposure
For artwork with multiple colors and thus multiple film positives, you will need to place each film positive so that the registration marks for each film positive fall in the exact same place on each screen. Exact may be a severe term but there should be no more than 1/8 of an inch of variance between the location of each color film positive on the screen. Having your design lined up correspondently with each film positive to the screens will prevent time consuming re-burns and/or work-a-rounds. There are "carrier" systems that will make it very easy to set up multi color designs on your screens with great consistency and speed. If you plan on making a lot of screens on a daily basis, a carrier system is a wise investment.
The first reason for customizing business attires for your business is branding. Image is everything in the business world. It affects how your customers will relate to your business. Well customized apparels that perfectly embody your brand is a very efficient marketing tool that should not be overlooked. The customized attires also get to give employees a sense of belonging.
Credibility is next in line as to why you need custom apparels for your business. Having dozen of employees wearing similar attires with the company logo makes potential customers have a sense of trust in the company. If it is attractive chances are that they are the first thing that catches the eye of the potential customers. it therefore serves as a way of promoting your organization. It is a form of advertising that is referred to as a walking billboard in the business world.
Thsirt Printing 101: How Much Ink to Use -- No matter what I tell you here, no matter how little ink you put in the screen, some people are destined to make a mess. I have had printers who would never get a drop on them and have the screen full of ink – and others who got ink on them by just looking at the press. You are better off putting a small amount of ink across the back of the screen. You need enough to make a number of good prints without running dry, but not so much that when you print it all rides up on the squeegee handle. It is much easier to put more ink in a screen and harder to take the excess out!
It is a perfect conversation starter if you happen to be standing close to a total stranger. When people get attracted to your attire, they are bound to ask questions what the logo means or what the company does. You are therefore entitled to give the best representation of the business and in return you will get gain a new customer. You will also acquire valuable information from those who are already customers of the business about what they think about the business performance in terms of customer care.
Thsirt Printing 101: Adjust the Off-Contact Distance -- The screen MUST be set to sit slightly off the shirtboard. This is called off-contact printing and is how all good printing is done. Some presses have adjustments for this. Others will need to have the screen shimmed from underneath. Either way, you may need to put a thin piece of cardboard under the edge of the frame so it will hit the shirtboard as the screen comes down. This may seem unorthodox, but again, trust me. You need to keep the screen from 1/16″ to 1/8″ off the shirt and no matter how well made a manual press is, the tip of the screen is going to move downward when you get to the end of the stroke and nothing is going to keep it off the board but a simple shim.
The apparels also serve as uniforms for example in the case of a supermarket. This makes it easy for the customers to differentiate the employees from their fellow buyers. The customized apparels makes employees of the business to stand out from the many customers in the store.
Just like in football where strangers unite in supporting a team, the customized apparels holds the employees together. This is because it makes them feel that they are one since they represent similar brand. The company or rather brand they represent serves as glue that binds them together. These results in a great working environment.
