Branding is one of the foremost reason why you ought to customize your business attires. It enables you to sell out the image of the business to the world. A good and friendly image means more customers and vice versa. The best way achieve this is having beautifully crafted apparels which posses the name of your business. By wearing the apparels, the employees are automatically appointed ambassadors of the company wherever they go.
The next reason why you get customized apparels for your business is credibility. That small logo at the front of stunning polo shirt says a lot about the company even before you utter a single word. If it is attractive chances are that they are the first thing that catches the eye of the potential customers. it therefore serves as a way of promoting your organization. Thsirt Printing 101: Artwork
One color halftones can reproduce a percentage or intensity of a single color of ink. This is like the art used in four color process but only printing an image in one color like a black and white newspaper print. If a spot color print of a red circle prints a solid red circle on a white tee, then a 50% halftone of a red circle will look like a pink or light red circle on a white tee.
A spot and dot combines one color halftone art with spot color art.
More often than not you will be approached different types of people just for donning the apparels. They will most likely query you on the nature of the business and how it compares to its competitors. You are therefore entitled to give the best representation of the business and in return you will get gain a new customer. On the other hand if they are already customers they could offer invaluable feedback on your products and service delivery and probable areas that need improvement.
Thsirt Printing 101: Choosing The Frame And Mesh:
Standard textile screens are made with rectangular metal tubing having outer dimensions of 20 X 24. They come in many sizes and materials but I have found the 20 X 24 aluminum frames to be the best for tee shirt printing on a rotary textile press. You can purchase screens pre-stretched with mesh. They are economical in the consistency of the quality of the frame and tension. It is very important to have a rigid squared frame with tight mesh firmly secured to it. The performance of your screen and stencil will depend on the quality of the frame and screen itself. The better the screen performs, the easier it is to print a higher quality print. The easier you can print a high quality print, the more money you can make per hour.

In the case of a supermarket or retail store, the apparels will get to serve as uniforms for the employees. This makes it easy to pinpoint an employee from the buyers in case a customer needs to be assisted with something from the store. The attires usually make employees to be easily recognized in the store and in turn, enhances good service delivery to customers.
Just like in football where strangers unite in supporting a team, the customized apparels holds the employees together. This is because it makes them feel that they are one since they represent similar brand. Relation among them is boosted which results in ample working conditions since the employees are free with one another and help each other out whether at the workplace at home. These results in a great working environment.
Thsirt Printing 101: Adjust the Off-Contact Distance -- The screen MUST be set to sit slightly off the shirtboard. This is called off-contact printing and is how all good printing is done. Some presses have adjustments for this. Others will need to have the screen shimmed from underneath. Either way, you may need to put a thin piece of cardboard under the edge of the frame so it will hit the shirtboard as the screen comes down. This may seem unorthodox, but again, trust me. You need to keep the screen from 1/16″ to 1/8″ off the shirt and no matter how well made a manual press is, the tip of the screen is going to move downward when you get to the end of the stroke and nothing is going to keep it off the board but a simple shim.
