Let me correct one thing - I meant that Paul was giving primacy to his
oral teaching by insisting that his writings were just as valid. And
from this, we know, then, that oral teachings ARE valid.
Holy Tradition encompasses the entirety of the teachings of the Apostles,
both orally and through Scripture.

Absolutely. We know from the scriptures that there is no personal
interpretation, that the Church is the pillar and ground of the truth
and that the Apostles taught faithful men who taught other faithful
men, down to this present day.
The ONLY valid context for the Scriptures is the Orthodox Church. They
were collected, preserved and transmitted by her, and she has the authority
of the Apostles being 'faithful' to the traditions passed down by faithful
men.
