???? Where do you come up with this? In order to conclude that the
Abrahamic covenant is fulfilled, you have to also conclude that the
Palestinian, Davidic and New covenants have all also been fulfilled.
Obviously that is not the case. Are you not aware that they are
extensions or amplifications of the Abrahamic covenant? They do not
stand alone.

There are two Israel's and that has always been understood. There are
the physical descendants and then there are the physical descendants
who are circumcised of the heart.

Ummm, I notice that you did not give a scriptural text for these two
references. But then, if you had, it would have been obvious that
these two titles where visited upon the Church, not the believing
remnant of National Israel,
1 Pet. 2:9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy
nation, a people for God's own possession, that you may proclaim the
excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His
marvelous light;
Who is "you" in the context, Sarah?

I think you should read the entire passage. The "if" does not dismiss
the unconditional character of the covenenat being made. The covenant
stands by itself. If you would allow ALL of the scriptures to come to
force, you would see that in Eze 16:60 that the prophet reveals that
this is an eternal covenant. How can it be "eternal" unless it be
divorced from human merit?
Also, as stated, this covenant is really only an amplification or
enlargement of a segment of the Abrahamic covenant. Therefore, just
like the AC, it too is eternal and unconditional. The Divine guarantee
is that He will bring to effect the necessary conversion which is
essential to its fulfilment. Take a gander at Rom 11:26-27; Hosea
2:12-23; Deut 30:6; Eze 11:16-21.
**Portions** of this covenant have been fulfilled but it's ultimate
fulfillment yet waits for the Messiah's return and the establishment of
the Kingdom.
