No, you are the loser here. Of _course_ it has something to do with the
omnipotence of God. For you are talking about what God _can_ do.
You are not commending yourself as a master of logic by ignoring this.

It is regrettable that more than a few highly visible ministries have
tended to undermine the integrity of Christian faith and profession by
engaging religious cause as means to self-interest, greed and,
oftentimes, moral corruption.
The problem is not new. Paul wrote the Philippian church that he was
sending Timothy to assist them because he had no one else who would not
consider them a means to personal ends and interests (Phil. 2:20,21).
What does it all mean? 1.) There are, thankfully, those Timothys who
remain true and committed to divine calling; 2.) The adulation of
spiritual leaders by many Christians often contributes to the loss of
perspective by those vulnerable to the perils of visibility,
recognition and ultimately, "opportunity." Paul terms such "idolizing"
of religious leadership a mark of immaturity (I Cor. 1:13; 2:1-7), and
finally; 3.) Despite sometimes "successful" ministries, the
compromising and self-aggrandizing shall one day give account. It will
not be pleasant (Matt. 7:22,23.)
Keep the faith!
